The Courage to Feel… and What Is Emerging Among Us
This past Sunday, we explored The Courage to Feel and what a sacred space we entered together.
We reflected on the truth that our emotions are not obstacles to our spiritual life, but gateways into deeper healing, authenticity, and connection. Rather than something to resist or rise above, our feelings invite us into a more honest and compassionate relationship with ourselves and with one another.
Courage, we discovered, is not about holding it all together. It is about turning toward what is real within us with presence, tenderness, and trust. And as I’ve been sitting with the beautiful responses from our recent community survey, I see this same courage reflected in you.
Many of you shared openly and thoughtfully, naming your hopes, your longings, and your sense that something meaningful is stirring within our community.
There is a thread running through what we heard:
- A desire for deeper connection
- A call for clarity and shared direction
- A quiet knowing that we are standing at the threshold of something new
And just like our inner life… this is something that cannot be rushed or resolved from the outside. It must be felt… listened to… and discovered together.
You are invited to join us for a Community Meeting this coming Sunday, where we will take the next step together:
- Sharing key themes from the survey
- Listening for what is emerging among us
- Creating space for reflection, presence, and honest conversation
This is not simply a meeting. It is an opportunity to practice exactly what we explored on Sunday — the courage to feel… together.

- To allow something new to reveal itself through us as a community.
Whether or not you completed the survey, your presence matters. Your perspective matters. You are part of what is unfolding here.
As we continue this journey, may we remember: There is nothing within us and nothing among us that is outside the reach of love, awareness, and transformation. I look forward to being in this space with you.
