“I never have to suffer again.”
Those were the words I shared with Mary Reed after her powerful workshop on Saturday. This past weekend was truly transformative not just for me, but for everyone who joined us. Deep gratitude to Cindy Uhl, Erin Huggard, Erin Conway, Carol Sterling, and Christine Wolf for all the love and effort that went into making this event so special.
New friendships blossomed, and existing ones deepened. We are so blessed to be part of a community that is courageously embracing its divinity, expanding beyond old ways of knowing, and opening to the vastness of what’s possible.

Mary also spoke on Sunday, September 14, offering what she called a “love letter to the mind.” She reminded us that our minds are simply patterning systems exhausted from trying to keep us safe, and longing for care and compassion. Her message was a gentle invitation to reconnect with Source and remember our true identity. If you missed it or want to hear it again (and I highly recommend you do!), you can watch it here.
One moment that really touched me came during the Q&A, when someone shared a vision of wrapping their mind in a comforter and holding it like a baby. I’ll be carrying that image with me, especially when my mind starts looping old stories.
Before I close, I want to put in a heartfelt plug for the Silent Retreat in November, which I’ll be co-leading with Jack Seery. It’s a beautiful opportunity to give your mind the rest it truly deserves.
