Heart Thoughts: An Exciting March

Big shout out to Rev. Matt Purinton and Michelle Neas for making Sunday such a fantastic experience for everyone! It’s such a relief knowing the ministry has amazing folks to step in when I’m out of town.

Right now, I’m sitting in the Raleigh airport, heading home after a wonderful time supporting Unity of Peace in Chapel Hill by facilitating a board retreat. It was truly inspiring to be with enthusiastic board members and minister Victoria Loveland-Coen as they envision their path forward.

We’ve got some exciting events lined up through the end of March! This coming Sunday, join Connie Troumbley and me as we co-host Power Up for the Wisdom Years. It’s a special time to come together and share the rewards and challenges that come with these wonderful years. We’ll be exchanging stories, successes, and any hurdles we’re facing.

And don’t miss out on the Spring Equinox Drumming Circle on Friday the 21st with Todd Glacy and others. Bring your drum, or use one of ours, and join us at 7 p.m. It’s going to be a great time!

If you were unable to join us on Sunday, you can watch the service here.

Join me next Sunday as we continue the Lenten Series with the message A Call to Service.

I’m deeply grateful for each of you taking the time to read this. You truly are special!

You are a blessing in my life,
Rev. Patricia Bessey
