Heart Thoughts: An August Full of Heart

Well, welcome August! This is going to be a very important month for us, as much is happening that you will be interested in. Beginning this Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Sahaja Yoga will be offered in person at the church. I participated in the introductory session, and it was a great experience. I plan to be there and hope to see you as well. If there is enough interest, Jane Gagnier and Vamshi Gooje plan to offer it every Tuesday evening. They do not charge for this, so it is a great opportunity to re-center yourself and learn the practice….

I believe I may have said a time or two that my heart was full… well this time I mean really full! This past weekend was rather magical, beginning with the celebration of Rev. LeRoy on Friday night. Another glorious summer day in Maine as I write to you this morning. You know it is summer in Maine when fresh vegetables start showing up as they did on Sunday from our own garden. It was a treat to see zucchinis and green peppers on the table for the taking. On Friday evening will be the celebration of Rev.
