Saturday, September 30 — Meet at Unity at 9 a.m.
Walk from 9:15 – 11 a.m.
We will be going over the basics of foraging, mushroom identification and hopefully finding some edible mushrooms. Please bring a folding knife and a reusable shopping bag. Also, suggested for your protection, a hat, boots, bug spray and sun lotion.

Labyrinths are ancient geometric figures. One leaves one’s worries and stress at the entrance and walks meditatively to the middle. As one walks to the center she/he becomes centered within her/himself, calmer, and more grounded.
