Heart Thoughts: Next Steps in Self-Healing

It is funny how quickly we shift from winter to thinking of spring. On Sunday I put out a call to gardeners as we begin to gear up for planting in our newly prepared beds. However, I do have to pull back the reins somewhat as there is more to be done before we can plant. Fencing is needed and some other important ingredients, and we can set the intention and then begin the process I described in the message on Sunday.
 
The message title was “Know What You Are Going to Achieve.” I am continuing to bring you the next steps in Supercharged Self-Healing by RJ Spina. If you missed seeing the service, you can watch it here.
 
I am transcribing from the book Step 2 Core Exercise: Set Your Intention and Desire, pages 98,99:
 
Perform the following exercise only once, and the egoic identity’s fears will no longer consume your energy. 
 
• Breathe deeply from the diaphragm. This aligns your conscious mind directly with your sentience.
 
• Follow your breath, not your thoughts, until the mind and body are calm.
 
• Then, and only then, ask yourself this question: “What is it that I am trying to achieve.”
 
• Let the sentience deep within answer the question.
 
• Write down your answer. Do not analyze it or correct the first response. This is your initial desire. Look at it deeply.
 
• Read the words that you’ve written out loud and feel the meaning of each word. 
 
• See if this statement needs further clarification or could be more specific. If so, repeat steps 1 and 2. Ask yourself, “Is this exactly what I am trying to achieve?”
 
• Modify the initial desire and write it down.
 
• Look at it again deeply.
 
• Feel the meaning of every word and see if it deeply and perfectly resonates.
 
• Ask yourself once more, “Is this precisely what I am trying to achieve?”
 
• Make the adjustment from your modified desire to your final desire and write it down one last time.
 
• Stare at the words you have written.
 
• Is this statement the truest, most specific and accurate desire that you want to achieve? If not, modify it again through the process outlined in the bullet points.
 
• When you have uncovered precisely, and without a shadow of doubt, what you’re trying to achieve, write it down one last time, clearly, with the finality of complete conviction.
