Feeling grateful doesn’t even come close to how I feel about my life. This weekend with the Love’s Infinite Journey women’s retreat was a big eye-opener. Being with 50 women (some regulars, some new) showed just how quickly we can form strong bonds, We had women from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, West Virginia and Iowa with us along with folks from many places in Maine as far as Belfast.
A huge shout out to Erin Conway, Susan Taggart, Cindy Uhl, and Christine Wolf. Their unique gifts made the retreat unforgettable. Also, thanks to Oceanwood Camp and Conference Center for being awesome hosts – and the weather played along, too.
Our presenters, Debra Engel and Dr. Doreen Wiggins, led some incredible exercises and shared deeply personal stories, encouraging others to open up like never before. It was truly intimate.
While all this was happening, good things were brewing at Unity Center for Spiritual Growth, too. Huge thanks to Matt Purinton for his powerful message, “The Comforter.” We’re beyond blessed to have him. If you missed it, check it out online.
And let’s not forget Kim Cowperthwaite, who led the service with such grace. Thank you both for being the wind beneath my wings.
