Unity’s Got Talent: A Night of Spiritual Inspiration! Join us this Friday evening at 7 for an unforgettable event. While the food portion has been eliminated, there will be an abundance of soul-nourishing experiences.

During the evening, we’ll also host a Silent Auction. If you have a service or merchandise you’d like to donate, please reach out to us. Your contribution will make a difference!

And calling all women: Let’s create harmony together! Join us in a choral closing, singing John Lennon’s Imagine. The lyrics will be provided—all we need is your beautiful voice.

Remember, this event is a fundraiser for refurbishing our labyrinth. Your support matters!

This week’s chapter in The Soul of Money focuses on what we appreciate appreciates. The phrase encapsulates a profound insight into our relationship with money. Let’s explore it further:

Valuing What Matters: When we appreciate something — whether it’s money, relationships, or experiences — we give it attention, care, and positive energy. This act of appreciation increases its value in our lives. Just like tending to a garden, nurturing what we value allows it to flourish.

Abundance Mindset: The saying encourages an abundance mindset. Instead of focusing on scarcity or lack, we recognize the abundance around us. By appreciating what we have, we attract more of it. It’s like saying, “I have enough, and I’m grateful for it.”

Energy Flows Where Attention Goes: Just as water flows where attention directs it, our energy and resources flow toward what we appreciate.

Positive Feedback Loop: When we appreciate the money we earn, spend, invest, or give away, we create a positive feedback loop. Our actions align with our values, and this alignment generates more positive outcomes. It’s not just about accumulating wealth; it’s about using money purposefully and consciously.

Gratitude Multiplies Blessings: Gratitude is the heart of appreciation. When we express gratitude, we invite more blessings into our lives.

Generosity and Circulation: When we appreciate, we’re more likely to share and give freely. This circulation of goodwill creates a positive feedback loop. Generosity begets more abundance, both for us and others.

Soulful Connection: The title of The Soul of Money reflects this idea. Money isn’t just a transactional tool; it’s infused with our soul’s energy. When we use it in alignment with our purpose and values, it becomes a powerful force for positive change.

Remember, appreciating what we have opens the door to even greater richness in our lives.

“I embrace abundance and release scarcity. My relationship with money is a conduit for goodwill, compassion, and positive change. I recognize that there is enough for everyone, and I choose to view money as a force that uplifts and transforms lives.”

Know that you are so very loved and appreciated.

You are a blessing in my life,
Rev. Patricia Bessey
