The Gift of Grief
October 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until October 10, 2021
Sundays, October 3 and 10, 6-8 p.m. with Rev. Todd Glacy
Life is change and change inevitably leads us to the experience of loss.
Grief and grieving is a natural and multi-faceted process of healing from loss by properly honoring and letting go of what was and moving towards a loving acceptance of what is. It is a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual journey of acknowledgement, forgiveness, gratitude, and love.
We are all grieving the loss of something or someone on some level most of the time whether we realize it or not, and if we don’t take the time to be aware of grief in our life, we can become stuck in the “heaviness” of it.
In this online workshop we will:
- explore the purpose and process of grieving,
- identify how and why grief is showing up in our lives
- learn some simple yet powerful practices to help facilitate our own process of personal healing and transformation that grief and grieving offer us.
Rev. Todd Glacy is an enlightenment advocate, empowerment educator, and instigator of joy.
