The Enneagram, brought to the U.S. in 1915 by George Gurdjieff, is an ancient Sufi tradition of nine personality types, each representing the nine faces of God. Learning this spiritual tradition opens us to our deeper humanity, deeper presence, and our deeper purpose. In this course, you will learn practices that will help you on your spiritual journey toward more presence and self-actualization.

Although there are tests available to determine your type, they often are not accurate. The best way to discover your number is by being in a group and engaging with other types. Group interactions also help us learn how better to relate to other types so we can improve our relationships with others. For those interested in building an Enneagram community after the course to further practice this spiritual approach, options will be discussed.

Recommended books: The Wisdom of the Enneagram, Russ Hudson; The Enneagram Made Easy and Are You My Type, Am I Yours? Both are by Baron and Wagele.
