This group is facilitated by Mari, a long-time spiritual seeker. This is a collaborative group where participants may have opportunities to lead or share practices if they choose. Activities may include creative artwork, meditation, yoga, breathwork, dancing, music and more… come join the fun!

Mari has 20+ years of experience with the healing arts. She is a certified Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and holistic facilitator. She loves to help people flow with their creative expressions and connect with their inner child.
