Heart Thoughts: Giving and Receiving

As a minister, it’s truly heartwarming to have a multitude of individuals to express gratitude towards for their various contributions to our ministry. This is the sentiment that fills me as I pen these words to you. I’d like to commence my recognition of the selfless service to our community with Friday night’s Kirtan. A special acknowledgment goes to Todd Glacy for making this possible for our community. Moving on to Saturday, it was a splendid spring day, and our Garden Team and Labyrinth Team seized the opportunity. The Garden Team constructed a wire fence around the raised beds to…

Heart Thoughts: New Beginnings

Greetings, everyone! The season of renewal has arrived, and with it, the cheerful sight of daffodils blooming near the labyrinth’s boundary — a beacon of new beginnings. Heart Thoughts: Healing Meditation

To express my gratitude for the creature comforts like electricity would be an understatement. After nearly 72 hours without power, I found myself losing all the Unity speak that I know. Today is Easter, and an absolutely magnificent Easter service unfolded at Unity Center for Spiritual Growth. The music, the message, and the meditation were all profoundly moving, but most importantly, it was the presence of each of you seated in those chairs that made this occasion truly special. If you happened to miss the Easter service due to other commitments, I wholeheartedly encourage you to watch it now. . A heartfelt thank you to all who contributed delightful…

Heart Thoughts: Holy Week

Well, Mother Nature did her thing this weekend. I am one of the fortunate who did not lose power and for that I am very grateful. I did hear from someone who did lose power and she used the situation to focus on gratitude. She was able to see the many things she is grateful for when she has power, and it reminds me as well how much we take for granted that they will always be there. This is going to be a short and sweet message and an invitation. Please join Deana and me on Thursday evening for…
